Cream of Wheat Pudding

Instead of making just straight cream of wheat, I like to make a batch of this stuff and keep it in the fridge. Then you just have to heat up a bowlful in the morning for breakfast.

3 cups milk
1/2 cup cream of wheat
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt

Mix and microwave on high until it comes to a boil, about 9 minutes, stirring after every 3 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
