salt & pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup heavy cream
1-2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. parsley
sprinkle of pepper
Brown chicken in oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix the rest and pour overtop. Simmer until chicken is done and sauce is thickened. Serve over pasta.
